We’re currently seeking a Civil Construction Cost Analyst to join our growing Program Management Division. This is a pivotal role that ensures projects stay on track—financially and operationally—through deep cost analysis, precise forecasting, and smart collaboration with field and project teams.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to expert for project cost forecasting and financial analysis, working closely with Project Managers and Operations leaders to provide accurate data that drives decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage cost forecasts, accruals, and multi-year budgets.

Analyze project cost data using Vista, VMS, SAP, and Power BI.

Partner with project teams to assess change orders and evaluate cost implications.

Support early-stage project planning, earned value tracking, and performance metrics (CPI, EAC).

Identify cost variances and advise on risk mitigation strategies.

Present clear, data-driven insights to leadership in real time.

Support process improvement initiatives to increase project profitability.
What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.

Experience: 7+ years in project cost controls within construction or civil infrastructure.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, Power BI, and ideally SAP.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret cost data, identify trends, and offer strategic solutions.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
