We’re Hiring: QA/QC Manager
Location: New York City | Salary Range: $135,000–$140,000
The Will Group is seeking a skilled and driven QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control across our construction-related projects in New York City. This is a pivotal role that blends technical engineering expertise with leadership, ensuring every project phase meets the highest standards of compliance, safety, and workmanship.
As QA/QC Manager, you'll collaborate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively identify risks, reduce rework, and uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier results. If you’re passionate about quality, systems, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and oversee the Project Quality Plan

Conduct audits and inspections across job sites and suppliers

Review ITPs, material submittals, and ensure documentation control

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances

Lead internal and external quality coordination from preconstruction through closeout
What You Bring:

5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or industrial settings

Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, ACI standards

Proficiency in QA/QC platforms like Procore and Microsoft Office

Preferred certifications: CQE, AWS CWI, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar
