What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent completion of specialized course of study, training, and experience Minimum of two years of mortgage processing experience required.
- One year experience processing Correspondent, FHA and VA loans preferred.
- Knowledge in reviewing and analyzing basic income calculations.
- Experience with loan origination software, electronic file storage systems, and AUS required.
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some travel is required to achieve training and business objectives.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.

Full Salary Range:
Richland WA: $25.11 - $37.67
Spokane, WA: $24.34 - $36.50
Post Falls, ID: $24.34 - $36.50
Vancouver, WA: $25.34 -$38.00
*While our full pay range is listed, most new team members typically start between the minimum and midpoint based on their experience and qualifications. This approach gives room to grow within the role as your career progresses with us!
