What You Will Need:
- Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience, financial industry experience preferred
- Degree in Instructional Design, or related field required. Related job experience, relevant certifications or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school may be used in lieu of educational requirements
- Knowledge of basic design tools such as Canva
- Basic knowledge of AI and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word Processing programs
- Knowledge of credit union industry and previous financial industry experience preferred
- Independent travel is required to complete duties and attend training as necessary
- A valid Driver’s License is required

Full Salary Range:
Richland, WA: $25.11 - $37.67
Spokane, WA: $24.34 - $36.50
*While our full pay range is listed, most new team members typically start between the minimum and midpoint based on their experience and qualifications. This approach gives room to grow within the role as your career progresses with us!
