Responsibilities:

• Grounds maintenance and caring for interior/exterior of buildings
• Housekeeping and janitorial tasks
• Other general maintenance duties as necessary

Qualifications: 

• One to two years of groundskeeping and/or basic maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have basic set of tools
• Be responsible and reliable
• Have a positive and professional attitude
