Friedman real estate is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a strategic, hands-on digital marketing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. You’ll manage websites, online listings, and digital campaigns to ensure our communities are discoverable, engaging, and competitive in the market.Â
From designing intuitive websites to maintaining accurate ILS listings and driving digital traffic, you’ll be a critical part of how prospects connect with our brand and choose our communities.Â
This position is in-person at our Corporate Office in Farmington Hills, MI, and is not eligible for remote work.  Â
WHO YOU AREÂ
You’re equal parts strategist and executor—comfortable refining websites for usability and design while also managing digital listings and campaigns. You’re analytical and creative, using data to back your ideas and improve results.Â
You understand the multifamily housing industry or can quickly learn its nuances, and you know how to adapt marketing strategies to local markets and audiences. You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work from concept to completion.Â

Website Design + User ExperienceÂ

Oversee website design and layout updates to ensure a modern, intuitive, and conversion-focused user experience (Rentcafe website, non-coding)Â
ILS + Online Listing ManagementÂ

Maintain accurate and optimized listings across major ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, RentCafe, etc.)Â

Audit property listings regularly to ensure up-to-date pricing, availability, photos, and descriptionsÂ
Social MediaÂ

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Â
PPC + SEO CampaignsÂ

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC, paid social, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROIÂ

Incorporate SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content improvements to support organic traffic growthÂ
