[Preferred] Support learning and development initiatives to help employees grow their skills and careers.
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, policy support, or performance management.
-
A good understanding of employment laws and HR practices, with the ability to translate them into people-friendly solutions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
-
A problem solver with empathy, fairness, and discretion at the core of your approach.

Curiosity and a willingness to grow — bonus points if you’ve had exposure to industrial safety concepts or learning and development.
If you enjoy helping people succeed, solving problems with care, and shaping a great place to work, we’d love to meet you.
