Bilingual Spanish Social Media Customer Service Representative

If you are a Master of Social Media with incredible customer service and problem-solving skills, we are looking for you to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving any issues via social and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities:
Provide information about clients products and services via online channels
Respond to online reviews based on the documented criteria and response thresholds
Become a brand ambassador and communicate in the brands voice
Research and answer consumer questions posted to the Q&A section of various merchant sites
Maintain and update a library of approved responses for consumer interactions
Identify and react to social trends and high priority issues
Measure, track and report on interaction success metrics

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous experience in customer service or a customer-focused field
Experience with online and social media platforms (both professional and personal)
Ability to craft appropriate consumer responses
Attention to detail, time management skills and exceptional initiative & follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

Required Education: Minimum Associates degree (Bachelors degree preferred)
