Contracts Administrator

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contracts Administrator are to facilitate and manage the contracts and proposals for various departments.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the development of agreements
  • Work with project team and consultants to develop agreements
  • Track contract activity to ensure that they are executed in a timely manner
  • Report on missing prime and consultant agreements
  • Meet with project team to review outstanding contracts and identify resolution action
  • Work with Accounts Payable and project team to resolve any accounts payable issues
  • Meet appropriate deadlines for prime and consultant agreements
  • Prepare tracking reports for project and leadership team
