We are seeking a professional and charismatic Host/Hostess to serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the Reindeer Room, an intimate, high-end speakeasy located within SkyPark. As Host, you are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience while managing reservations, coordinating seating, and preserving the refined ambiance of the space.

The Host plays a vital role in setting the tone for each guest’s visit and supporting the front-of-house operation to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team and collaborate on private parties and exclusive events.

This position is Part-Time and requires availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Host/Hostess will report to the F&B Management Team.

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally, setting the tone for a refined, welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest reservations and seating assignments using the Tock reservation platform.
- Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist when needed; clearly communicate wait times and seating expectations.
- Coordinate guest flow and seating strategy to maintain the intimate and curated ambiance of the Reindeer Room.
- Assist with guest inquiries regarding menus, events, or venue layout.
- Ensure that host areas and the front-of-house environment are clean, organized, and aligned with the speakeasy’s aesthetic.
- Communicate effectively with the server and bar team to support service timing and smooth transitions between seating’s.
- Provide guests with a brief overview of the Reindeer Room’s concept, specialty offerings, and ambiance.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the host station and entry areas as needed.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Events Teams during private events to ensure smooth entry and guest flow.
- Enforce SkyPark’s service, safety, and appearance standards.
- Support the F&B Team with timely and thoughtful communication.
- Work as a team with all SkyPark personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
