You will curate a personalized and memorable guest experience through elevated service, strong product knowledge, and collaboration with the Food & Beverage and Events Teams. The Server also plays a vital role in private parties and exclusive events, supporting seamless setup, service, and breakdown.

This position is Part-Time and requires availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Server will report to the F&B Management Team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, attentive table service with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Present and describe cocktail and food menus with confidence and clarity, offering recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the cocktail and culinary offerings, including ingredients, pairings, and preparation methods.
- Assist in the timely and polished delivery of food and beverages, maintaining visual presentation and service flow.
- Assist with plate and drink presentation, ensuring all items align with the Reindeer Room’s aesthetic and standards.
- Upsell cocktails, food, and specials to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit and respond promptly to requests.
- Use the point-of-sale system to input orders accurately and handle guest checks (cash, card, and tab management).
- Verify guest age and enforce responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and timing.
- Support private events and exclusive gatherings through tailored, discreet service.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, bar, patio, and storage areas.
- Assist the host/hostess as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Uphold SkyPark’s safety, appearance, and guest service standards.
- Provide refined and attentive service with consistency.
- Deliver accurate, engaging menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Supporting private event execution with professionalism and discretion.
- Work as a team with all SkyPark personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
