Position Overview
As the Remodel Construction Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day activities on residential remodel sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to BetterBath’s workmanship standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires construction expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to guide and inspire crews.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight
- Install materials and supervise daily site operations
- Coordinate with the Production Manager on scope, quality, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Team Management
- Lead and supervise crew members and subcontractors
- Assign and monitor daily tasks
- Provide direction, mentorship, and issue resolution
Quality Assurance
- Monitor job progress to maintain high-quality results
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Resource Management
- Track and manage tools, equipment, and materials
- Source supplies within project budgets
- Control waste and optimize resource use
Communication & Reporting
- Keep clients, crews, and managers informed
- Provide daily updates through project software
- Support adjustments to scope as needed in partnership with the Production Manager
