Xtreme Manufacturing in Henderson, Nevada, is looking for a Blaster to join our dynamic work team. While you do not need to be a journeyman painter/sandblaster to apply, we do expect applicants to have some training with heavy equipment, grinding tools, and power tools that you use during this process. In addition to operating the blast booth and unloading the cabinet, you may also be asked to help with painting or coating tasks after you have successfully removed the unwanted substances from the surface.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Previous sandblasting experience or training.
- Experience working with or removing heavy metals a plus.
- Physical stamina.
- Flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with power tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces.
- Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment.
- Load and unload the blast cabinet.
- Assist with painting or coating as needed.
- Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed.
Work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am.
