Education and Experience Requirement(s):Â

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in human services or related field preferredÂ

Two (2) years’ administrative work experience preferably in property management organizationÂ

Prior marketing experience and or prior HPD or DHS experience a plusÂ

Experience with HIV/AIDS afflicted individuals, chronic mental illness, substance abuse individuals and their families a plus Â

Bilingual skills in English/Spanish a plusÂ

Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and Google product suites.Â

Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite with high proficiency creating excel spreadsheets. Ability to perform and manage in a team approach; excellent interpersonal skillsÂ

Ability to handle complex challenges and balance multiple demands on time and attention Ability and willingness to perform all duties as workload necessitates
