- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role.
- Strong auditing and assessment skills for HR programs and processes.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, with a heavy emphasis on California employment laws.
- Proven ability to compile, analyze, and document HR Metrics reports.
