We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Intern at our corporate office in Irvine, CA!  This will be an on-site 40 hour/week position with an opportunity to be hired permanently.

Position Summary

In support of Marketing’s mission and key objectives, you will interact with internal business units and external agencies if applicable to understand the requirements of various digital metrics reports and be responsible for the execution of routine and ad-hoc reporting along with various administrative support functions.  You will also help execute operations, content updates, and program launch deliverables across various channels such as our website, social directories, affiliate channels and QA to ensure accuracy, compliance, and user journey is optimized across our digital web/mobile experience.  This is a 6 to 12 month opportunity which may result in the offer of a permanent position with a promotion to a marketing coordinator or specialist position.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Day-to-day execution of reporting, analytical support, digital tasks, projects, and initiatives
  • Work with development team in sprint cycle and perform proper QA to ensure all website copy, projects and assets meet quality standards
  • Prepares and communicate marketing analytics and Key Performance Indicator reports to team members and management
  • Research and present findings across market data
  • Prepare, produce, and deliver weekly- and monthly- marketing reports
  • Assist with performance reports and ad hoc analysis as required
  • Facilitate, monitor, and strategically respond to online reviews across various platforms (Yelp, Google My Business, Social directories etc.)
  • Ad hoc marketing assignments as required
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 Education, Experience, and Skillset

  • Bachelor’s Degree (specialty in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics,and/or Machine Learning is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, Slides
  • Familiarity with AI Tools and LLMs, Power BI and SQL is a plus
  • WordPress, Proficient in HTML and CSS proficiency a plus
  • Graphic Design skills a plus; Photoshop, Illustrator, XD is plus
  • Capacity to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Prior experience working in a direct response, performance-driven marketing team
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
