Availability to work full time hours and overtime upon request; weekend and holiday availability required.
Job Duties-
Provide sufficient cake products based on forecast, and or prep list, maintaining cake quality to meet 85C standards.
Perform daily functions, such as baking, mixing, shaping, receiving/gathering ingredients; depending on the assigned role/task.
Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. (Current, valid food handler card REQUIRED)

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
