- Familiarity across multiple administrative function (Human Resources, Finance, etc.) preferred.

- Strong familiarity with new store opening process - from site selection, recruitment, training to store opening.
- Experience in management of high volume stores, in direct supervision of ten (10) or more employees.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis with overnight stays, up to 25% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the people development effort for the 85°C retail team; manage management turnover rate; select and recommend the promotion and hiring of Store Management.
- Control and supervise all P&L activities within the assign area; analyze operation performance and market data to drive overall sales.
- Liase between the local management teams and the corporate administration; conduct meeting to assist management communication and address operating goals.
- Establish, measure and refine Quality, Service and Cleanliness key performance objectives; visit assigned store locations to ensure compliance to all 85°C policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and document management performance, including semi-annual performance review, pay administration and disciplinary action.
- Lead the enhancement and execution of training plans for 85°C store openings; provide support and guidance before and during store openings to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with California headquarter to establish key foundations for local operation.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum Experience: Five (5) years management experience in Drink/Bakery, Restaurant or Fast-Food capacity.
