Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall health. 

• Assess and document residents' health status, develop care plans, and update them as needed. 

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols. 

• Supervise and support CNAs and other team members to deliver exceptional care. 

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. 

Qualifications: 

• Active LPN license in the state of Washington. 

• CPR Certification (preferred). 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. 

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
