Service Video Specialist

If you love making videos and talking to an audience, this is the opportunity for you to grow your skills and let your voice be heard. The main goal for this role is to find ways to educate and increase transparency with our customers. Not only will you be showing cars from all angles, you will also be gaining experience and knowledge of cars and their systems.
 

We are looking for a full-time Video Specialist at our Midtown store, working M-F 8-4. 
 

Job duties:

• Filming full Multi-Point inspections of the cars in for service

• Working with technicians and advisors on recommended services

• Managing videos sent to customers

• Tracking various statistics to determine success of MPI videos
   

The ideal candidate for this job is:

• Comfortable with filming and keeping focus on subjects

• Well-versed in verbal communication with solid projection

• Willing to develop strong working relationships with technicians and advisors

• Willing to ask questions for clarification to ensure the video is accurate

• Transparent and honest 

• Enthusiastic and expressive

Compensation:

• $17 an hour, plus monthly bonuses based on the percentage of cars in the shop that you film a video for.

We don’t require previous experience for many of our positions because we are willing to train the right people to be on our team. What we do need is people who are willing to take constructive feedback to learn and grow with us. Our ideal candidate also:
