Description

Mark Miller Subaru is excited to be accepting applications for Guest Experience Experts to join our incredible customer service team! The team works out of our Southtowne location in Sandy, and we are looking for someone available to work M-F with occasional Saturdays (an alternate day off during the week is given on weeks when you work Saturdays).

Engaging with customers from an inbound/outbound call center, the Guest Experience Experts are directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential service leads received via internet, phone, chat, and visits to the dealership. The team is a pivotal component of our tire, lube, parts, maintenance, and body shop operations.

We look for people who are excited to help, who are patient and friendly, and who genuinely enjoy problem-solving. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining relationships with customers

  • Contacting & monitoring internet service leads

  • Determining each customer's vehicle needs by actively listening

  • Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts

  • Setting, confirming, and following up on customer appointments

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping
  • Proper telephone and email etiquette
  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  • Excellent listening and question-asking abilities
  • Interest in growing with our organization
