Mark Miller Subaru is excited to be accepting applications for Guest Experience Experts to join our incredible customer service team! The team works out of our Southtowne location in Sandy, and we are looking for someone available to work M-F with occasional Saturdays (an alternate day off during the week is given on weeks when you work Saturdays).
Engaging with customers from an inbound/outbound call center, the Guest Experience Experts are directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential service leads received via internet, phone, chat, and visits to the dealership. The team is a pivotal component of our tire, lube, parts, maintenance, and body shop operations.

Creating and maintaining relationships with customers

Contacting & monitoring internet service leads

Determining each customer's vehicle needs by actively listening

Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts

Setting, confirming, and following up on customer appointments
