Job Overview
The Transaction Coordinator role will play a pivotal role in managing investor onboarding and subscriptions. Reporting directly to the Manager of Investor Relations, the Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing transactions, managing pipelines, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the Manager of Investor Relations in various administrative projects.
Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager of Investor Relations in processing subscriptions efficiently and accurately.

Ensure all documentation and transaction details are in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Pipeline Management:

Maintain and manage the transaction pipeline, serving as the primary source of follow ups for certain transactions.

Coordinate with the Manager or IR and Sales team to ensure a smooth and timely flow of transactions through the investment process.

Act as liaison between the Investor Relations team and other internal departments when needed.

Communicate effectively with investors, addressing inquiries and providing updates on transaction status.
Qualifications

Experience:
-
Prior experience in investor relations, private equity, real estate, or similar financial services coordination role.

Familiarity with transaction processing and documentation in a financial services context.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate to support investor inquiries and provide clear updates when needed, both internally and externally.
