• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, including evaluating clients’ health history, fitness level, and goals.

• Instruct land-based and aquatic classes.

• Develop individualized exercise programs tailored to client’s needs, goals, and abilities, considering any physical limitations or health conditions.

• Monitor client progress, track results, and adjust programs as needed to ensure effectiveness and safety.

• Lead and instruct group fitness classes, workshops, and individual training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and forms for extended periods of time.

• Educate residents on the principles of fitness, fall prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
