ORIENTATION TECHNICIAN

LMRV is currently hiring for a Orientation Technician for our growing team. Your part as an Orientation Technician is to WOW the buyer at delivery by providing excellent customer service and a timely transaction.

Starting Pay: $18/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The day before orientation it is your responsibility to walk through the RV with the Delivery Coordinator or Delivery Manager to ensure that all items on due bill were completed.
• Inspect RV for cleanliness/detail to insure it is up to our standards.
• Prior to the orientation with the customer, you are responsible for making sure all items (that you are going to show the customer) function properly.
• Make a list of recommended accessories during initial walk-thru that you will recommend to the customer during the orientation process.
• Customer orientation.
• Review the orientation folder with the customer
• Must display a positive, influential personality, dealing fairly and diligently with each department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
