Del Medical, a leading manufacturer of diagnostic imaging systems, is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented IT Associate to support and enhance our internal technology infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams and systems stay connected, secure, and efficient—helping to support medical equipment used in hospitals and clinics across the country.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Provide Level 1–3 end-user support for Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and VOIP systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune
- Maintain and support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Monitor and resolve tickets using FreshService ITSM system
- Administer Ubiquiti switches, Fortinet firewalls, and general network infrastructure
- Support backup and virtualization environments using Veeam and Hyper-V
- Assist with cybersecurity tools and practices including SentinelOne, MFA, phishing prevention, and password policies
- Provide remote assistance with TeamViewer and ensure fast response to incidents
- Support systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft GP, SQL Server, and ERP software
- Maintain IT inventory and assist with new hardware/software provisioning
- Provide user training and onboarding for new hires and rollouts
- Collaborate on facility-related tech support and internal projects
✅ Requirements:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role
- Solid understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 & Windows OS
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Ticketing systems like FreshService
- Device management via Intune
- Ubiquiti and Fortinet hardware
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools
- Experience with virtualization, backups, and remote support tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Detail-oriented, patient, and excellent at multitasking
🌟 Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica
- Exposure to facility maintenance tech support
- Project coordination or IT rollout experience
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.)
