Our award-winning theme park is seeking Seasonal Entertainment/Events Team Associate, to work on our gorgeous mountaintop. The Entertainment/Events Team Associate has an important part in assisting the entertainment team with the daily operation and functioning of the entertainment department, as well as assisting with coordination of special events, partnering with our marketing and sales team. This role is a perfect fit for a person who is interested in the inner workings of entertainment operations, special events, and is looking to expand and develop their skillset within the industry!
Responsibilities
- Facilitate transportation for daily entertainment throughout the performance day by use of a Polaris (training supplied by Anakeesta)
- Handle and maintain any props, wigs, scenic pieces (training supplied by Anakeesta)
- Assist and maintain any necessary costume repairs as needed (training supplied by Anakeesta)
- Assist in costume builds for entertainment activations (training supplied by Anakeesta)
- Handle and maintain daily entertainment costume laundering
· Assist with coordination for event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and signage
- Provide on-site support as needed during events, ensuring smooth operations, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Support the sales and marketing team as needed
- Assist the Entertainment Assistant Manager with décor prep and installation during various events
- Other duties may be assigned
