Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements:

• • Available to be scheduled evenings year-round
    • During the summers, availability as late as 8:30 PM
    • During the fall/winter, availability as late as 7:30 PM
  • Flexible to schedule between 15 - 28 hours/week
    • Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours/week year-round
  • Monday through Friday Availability a Must

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
  • Handling food according to state health codes
  • Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service

  • Must have the ability to be organized and clean
