Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements:

• Hiring for 2 different shifts:
  • Flexible to schedule between 15 and 25 hours per week
  • Weekend and holiday availability are required

• EARLY MORNING - Available to start shift at 5:30 AM and work as late as 1:30 PM
• MID-SHIFT - Available to start at 7AM is required - shifts could be as late as 5PM 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
• Handling food according to state health codes
• Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
• Teamwork
• Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
• Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
• Must have the ability to be organized and clean
