Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in programming management, product strategy, or business development, preferably within the aerospace sectors
- Strong analytical, statistical and financial acumen; experience with market analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and scenario analysis (VBA coding preferred). Must be capable of performing data mining, forecasting, and analytical modeling to extract insights from complex data sets and develop strategies supported by quantitative analysis.
- Experience working with Aerospace OEMs and understanding their product development cycles and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internal teams and external customers, partners, and OEMs.
- Proficient in reviewing, understanding, and drafting agreements and contracts, including terms related to pricing, intellectual property, supply, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer experience principles, program management and best practices.
- Proficiency in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and developing targeted engagement strategies.
- Project management skills to lead the implementation of new programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
