Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ import/export experience
- Experience with duty drawback program in the US
- Experience in tariff mitigation strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of temporary importing
- Extensive experience in US Customs regulations
- Extensive experience in US Customs compliance
- Strong familiarity with goods classification, HS Codes
- Experience with utilizing ACE Portal and other systems relating to US Customs
- Capable of autonomous work, operating effectively with little supervision
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Experience with relevant software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Suite programs.
Preferred:
- Experience in Global Trade
- Familiarity with international customs compliance
- Licensed customs broker
