Requirements
- Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools, such as knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing
- Prior experience controlling cash and other receipts by using our Point of Sale (POS) and adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with Pokemoto policies and procedures
- Execute opening and closing procedures according to checklists and standards
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
- Monitor station inventory levels and replenish as needed
- Comprehension and organization to follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare bowls and products to the establish standards of the restaurant
- Be able to frequently stand, reach, bend, sweep, stoop and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
