What you will do:Â
- Respond to inbound internet leads, emails, and phone inquiries from potential customersÂ
- Engage with customers online & over the phone to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.Â
- Learn best practices for customer communication, follow-up strategies, and digital sales processes.Â

Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service or High-volume Retail sales experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required).
- Strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus).
