QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Â
A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred. Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Point-of-Sale operations is preferred.Â
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with Club members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy. Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Will have to work together with various staff and positions. Communicating with the front desk at the lodge, banquet teams, kitchen staff, valet, servers, and food runners are necessary to ensure a great experience for our Club members and guests.
