The therapist will have experience with individuals diagnosed with severe and disabling mental illness. Â They must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to remain calm in crises, utilize ethical reflection, and understand how to complete assessments and documentation. Â Â

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or PsychologyÂ

Valid Licensure in MT as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Â Professional candidates will also be considered. Â

Ability to pass a background check upon an offer of employment.

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
