WMMHC’s Residential Program Therapist is a strength-focused clinician committed to helping individuals achieve their full potential and promoting wellness in behavioral health. By working one-on-one with clients, the Therapist advocates for client healing, self-determination, and education, leading to stabilization and integration for those with co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnoses.

Qualifications

The therapist will have experience with individuals diagnosed with severe and disabling mental illness.  They must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to remain calm in crises, utilize ethical reflection, and understand how to complete assessments and documentation.    

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology 

  • Valid Licensure in MT as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  Professional candidates will also be considered.  

  • Ability to pass a background check upon an offer of employment.

  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
