As a Senior Tax accountant you will work with minimal supervision on complex tax returns, research, and planning issues. Relationships cannot be outsourced and automated and that is at the heart of this role--to continue to build remarkable relationships by providing incredible technical expertise and service. Responsibilities will include;

  • Preparing complex tax projections and returns.
  • Independently identifying problem areas, researching technical issues, drawing well supported conclusions.
  • Interfacing with taxing authorities and assisting in gathering information for federal, state and local tax audits.
  • Have fun working with a tremendous team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications

For success, the professional in this role should;

  • CPA preferred; CPA eligibility required.
  • Have at least 3 busy seasons of public accounting experience.
  • Have experience in individual, partnership, C Corp and S Corp returns, as well as experience in the preparation of extensions, quarterly estimates, FBAR's etc.
  • Enjoy leading, training and developing others.
  • Have a passion for developing and managing relationships with the people that trust us--our clients.
