Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a customer-service centered office setting
Preferred:
- 1 - 2 years of nonprofit development experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience with database management
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relational databases
- Ability to discern and protect privileged information
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail
- Desire to work as part of a cohesive team
- Positive Attitude
- Self-starter
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
- Does well with high levels of autonomy
- Desire and willingness to interact with donors, volunteers and community members, both in written and digital communication pieces and face-to-face, verbal conversations
