Reconditioning Service Advisor - Ron Tonkin Toyota

Ron Tonkin Toyota is a fast-growing, automotive giant in SE Portland, and we are seeking out an entry level Internal Advisor to join our Reconditioning Team. Our dealership has been growing year-over-year and the Internal Advisor position would help alleviate the workload. The Internal Advisor position helps coordinate the reconditioning process for used vehicles with the dealerships. Communicate between sales, service and used car managers. Role involves managing internal repair orders, dispatching work to technicians and communicating with internal team to ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate would have service advising experience with a strong commitment.

Internal Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure communication, quality control, inventory management, and problem solving.
• Prioritize used vehicles undergoing reconditioning.
• Assist with tracking and managing the status of vehicles in the reconditioning process.
• Ensure quality of reconditioning meets dealership standards.

Internal Advisor Benefits and Compensation

PAY: $20 /22/hr depending on experience WITH opportunity to grow.

Internal Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience.
• A strong work ethic and good work history.
• Communication Skills.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
