Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is a top-performing MOPAR dealership, and we are growing by the day. We are in need of an additional Finance Manager to help alleviate the workload. Working as our Finance Manager, you would be assisting both the sales team and our clients with their finance needs and their questions regarding the sale. The ideal candidate would have prior F&I experience with the ambition to start a long-term career.

Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures.
• Preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products.
• Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs, and presenting products to fulfill them.
• Obtaining credit approval, securing financing, and preparing delivery documentation.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients/guests.

Finance Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive F&I (CDJR experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of auto financing, credit reporting, and F&I products.
• Proficient in dealership DMS (CDK preferred) and credit applications.
• Ability to explain complex financial terms in simple terms.
• Commitment to honesty, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
