We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations at both dealerships. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales, optimize profitability, and elevate the customer experience while managing two distinct business models—new vehicle sales (INEO Grenadier) and high-end consignment (Auto Brokers).

General Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand growth for both dealerships.
  • Sales & Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless processes for new vehicle sales, consignment sales, financing, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction, ensuring a luxury buying experience for INEO Grenadier and Auto Brokers customers.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability metrics for both locations.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Elliott Bay Automotive, building relationships with clients, manufacturers (INEO Grenadier), and consignment partners.
  • Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote both brands, attract consignment clients, and drive foot traffic.

Qualifications

General Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of automotive dealership management experience (GM, GSM, or similar role).
  • Proven success in luxury/premium automotive sales or consignment is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for automobiles and an understanding of the luxury/premium market.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
