Our service department is busier than ever, and we're looking to add a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to help us continue delivering the exceptional customer service we’re known for. As a Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our skilled mainline technicians and directly with customers to ensure their vehicles receive the attention they need—on time and done right the first time. The ideal candidate will have prior service writing experience at a franchise or new car dealership, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and excellent communication skills.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
