As a Main Line Service Advisor, you’ll be the critical link between our customers and our service technicians. Your goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from drop-off to pickup. Main Line Service Advisor Responsibilities
Â
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a professional, courteous manner
- Listen and communicate effectively to understand vehicle concerns and maintenance requests
- Write repair orders and ensure accurate documentation of concerns, recommendations, and work performed
- Provide service estimates and explain work needed clearly and honestly
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor the status of ongoing repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Promote additional service opportunities based on vehicle needs and history
- Close repair orders and handle payment transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

Pay Range: $7,500 to $10,000 a month!
