Ron Tonkin Toyota is experiencing massive year-over-year growth and is seeking out an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. Our dealership prides itself on creating a family-like culture and environment. Working as our Service Advisor, you would be the main point of contact between our clients and our Service Department. The ideal candidate is going to be an individual with prior automotive service advising experience and great relationship-building skills.
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
