Mobile Service Technician - Big Valley Ford

Big Valley Ford is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Mobile Service Technician to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll bring dealership-quality service directly to our customers — performing maintenance and light repairs at their homes, workplaces, or job sites.

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service van
• Perform scheduled maintenance and light repairs (oil changes, brakes, battery replacement, diagnostics, etc.)
• Accurately document services performed and communicate with the service team
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are properly stocked and organized
• Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership procedures

Mobile Service Technician Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 to $30.00 depending on experience

Mobile Service Technician Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or equivalent
• Ford experience and/or manufacturer certifications are a strong plus
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (Ford experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for work orders and diagnostics

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
