Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals and performance targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including desking deals and managing CRM performance.
- Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate vehicle availability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to continually refine team performance and dealership results.
