Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals in volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Drive daily sales operations, including process management, lead follow-up, and customer engagement
- Manage showroom activity and ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
- Set and track individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline operations and maximize deal efficiency
- Develop innovative strategies to generate traffic, increase closing ratios, and grow the dealership’s market share
- Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent to build a winning, customer-focused team
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: Make between $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 a month!
