Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology is required.
- Current license in Psychology from the California Board of Psychology.
- Two years or more of post licensure experience.
- Two years of psychological testing, including neuropsychological testing and report writing experience.
- Experience providing clinical supervision and supervision for psychological and neuropsychological testing.
- Experience with electronic health records, EPIC preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, treatment approaches, and trauma-informed care, and knowledge of engagement strategies for various clinical populations.
- Knowledge of effective clinical supervision strategies and clinical didactic trainings.
- Knowledge of and experience with the clinical, ethical and legal aspects of risk assessment, prevention, and intervention including abuse, dangerousness to self and/or others, and grave disability.Â
- Skilled in the supervision, and provision of psychological testing measures, including assessment of ADHD, personality, intelligence, performance validity, and neuropsychological measures, to include for clients presenting with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), and dementia.

- Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural professional and experiential background.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Working conditions
Work is conducted in an office environment. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite, in office work.  Basic safety precautions and use of protective clothing or gear may be required.
