Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, or equivalent training and experience that would provide the ability to perform the duties described above.
- One year or more of case management or related experience.
- Familiarity with community-based resources.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Understanding of cultural issues, community resources and family dynamics.
- Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural, professional, and experiential background.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain a valid California driver license, current personal auto insurance, and an MVR sufficient to maintain insurability under agency auto liability policies.
- Fluent in English and one of the Santa Clara Country threshold languages (Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred
- Trauma informed training preferred
Working conditions
This job requires you to be in the community, in client’s homes, schools, social justice offices and other community partner sites as well as work in one or more of our office locations. Driving is essential to the function of this job.
