Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a strategic training plan
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
  • Define key performance indicators

Program Design & Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement diverse training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills training.
  • Ensure training content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to the learning styles and needs of employees.
  • Manage the creation and update of training materials, manuals, and resources.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the training department, including hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff.

Learning Technologies & Platforms:

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning and development.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department heads to customize training programs based on specific team or departmental needs.
  • Help management identify skill gaps and solutions.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the training budget.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure that training programs comply with industry regulations and standards, including safety and legal requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to drive program improvements.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training technologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment or a similar organizational environment.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP/CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Salaried Position

Min. Annual Salary $85,000.00 

Max. Annual Salary $100,000.00
