As the International Trip Planner, your role is crucial in coordinating and managing all international trip demand for Airshare. You will become a subject matter expert and the primary internal resource for all international activities. This position requires you to work in our corporate office located in Overland Park, Kansas.Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Build relationships with outside handlers
- Create international trip SOPs for the OCC that help develop independence on international trip management and minimize reliance on third parties
- Coordinate all international trip information and ensure communication between OCC departments and Flight Ops is clear and systematic
- File eAPIS, generate General Declarations and Itineraries, write Private Letters, coordinate Landing/Parking rights, over-fly permits, slots, PPRs, as well as arrange inbound/outbound US Customs with CBP
- Set up ground handling for flights at non-US airports and coordinate with local FBOs and service providers for contract fuel releases, catering, ground, etc.
- Work with OCC teams for hotel and rental car arrangements
- Maintain and update all fractional and managed aircraft and crew on the US Overflight list and EAPIS systems
- Maintain relationships with third-party international handlers as needed for supplemental international trip support
- Generate international flight plans and ensure flight plans are sent to foreign agencies as well to be filed
- Ensure all changes to international trips are properly updated to ensure the best customer service with minimal customer impact
- Stay up to date on foreign countries’ travel requirements and restrictions for Airshare’s common international travel and ability/knowledge
- On-call as needed to provide support to OCC teams for international operations
- Reviewing any and all invoices dealing with international operations will need to be reviewed and audited for accuracy for Accounts Payable
- Perform other duties and assignments, as requested by the Flight Control Manager
