Job purpose:Â
The Marketing Rep is responsible for face-to-face sales meetings, establishing andÂ
maintaining relationships with referral sources including doctors, hospitals, sleep labs,Â
skilled nursing, home health and other sources in the medical community, while adhering toÂ
all company, accreditation, and HIPPAA rules and regulations.Â
Base salary is $50,000 per year plus commission.Â

1. Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.Â
2. Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.Â
3. Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respectingÂ
patient care.Â
4. Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offeredÂ
by the Branch and all applicable insurance guidelines respecting eligibility for coverageÂ
and reimbursement.Â
Duties and responsibilitiesÂ
5. Manage his/her territory to reach revenue and service goals.Â
6. Educate all customers and referral sources in the HME products and services offered byÂ
the Company.Â
7. Educate fellow Branch employees on the features and benefits of AAC, HME andÂ
respiratory equipment as well as applicable safety factors as requested.Â
8. Maintain rapport with ordering physicians.Â
9. Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner.Â
10. Promote services and products to all referral sources in the community through directÂ
and ongoing contact. Responsible to call upon all major referral sources on an ongoingÂ
basis, at least once a weekly.Â
11. Be available for referral sources as needed, at any time.Â
12. Ability to procure all necessary documentation in order to process orders cleanly on theÂ
front end.Â
13. Ability to work all designated spreadsheet weekly to help maintain continuous flow ofÂ
documentation to help process claims timely.Â
14. All other duties as assignedÂ
